3. Purchases & Payments All purchases are final. After completing your payment, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to schedule your appointment with our partner laboratory.
4. Appointments Scheduling is subject to laboratory availability. HorizonMed will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
5. Refund Policy Refunds are available if requested before the appointment is scheduled. Once an appointment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
